BG /SBLC Leasing

THESE ARE VERY SIMPLE PROCEDURES TO CLOSE
Lessor and Lessee executed contracts and provide banking information.
Lessee sends conditional Lease fee to Lessor bankers.
Lessor accepts ICBPO-MT799 or MT103/23 as payment guarantee/undertaking for the lease fee.
Lessee’s banker immediately after receives the BG/SBLC by Swift MT760 will pay the lease fee by MT103 within 5 to 10 banking days.
PRE-ADVICE
Lessor MAY issue a pre advice at a specific cost to enable clients enhance a credit line. The Pre-Advice will be the payment guarantee/undertaking determining the client’s capability that immediately they receive an MT760 from Lender, the lease fee will be issued immediately by MT103 to the Lessor’s nominated bank... The Pre-Advice if need it by Lessee will be negotiated prior to the commencement of the transaction.
ESCROWS:
Lender MAY requires escrows so the Lessee can guarantee the financial capabilities and responsibility.
